Dumbfounded management and staff

A friend of mine placed a booking here months in advance for my girlfriends birthday. On the day of arrival, we was told that they dont do bookings. This led to the group walking out the restaurant to another. Management needs to wake up here as you cannot tell your guests that you do bookings and on the day of arrival tell us that you dont. Absolutely pathetic and poor. I will never recommend anyone attend this place as it seem like management and the staff dont know what they are doing. If i could give your restaurant zero stars i would.
