Awesome service
Visited the shop yesterday to have them have a look at the regulator on my Airmaks Krait. Within minutes the problem was identified. I also bought a scope and mounts, which they installed for me and even helped get a rough zero before I left. The shop looks amazing and so much to drool over.

False Advertising - Pellet-Guns.com
I purchased a PCP air rifle from Pellet-Guns.com, a division of Wheels Accessories Solutions CC on the 26/09/2025 having done extensive research on the weapon. At the time of my purchase the specifications/details on their website included and I quote “The HW 110 5.5 MM Laminate is supp**** with Weihrauch’s latest High-Efficiency Silencer and two 10 – shot magazines” unquote. With the discount offered, it was indeed a very attractive price and for this reason I purchased it. There was no doubt in my mind that it included a silencer/moderator as advertised. Unfortunately when the item was delivered there was no silencer only a thread protector. This is false advertising and as such brought it to the attention of Samantha at Pellet-Guns.com via e-mail and a phone call. Within a day of contacting them their website was amended to read “The HW110 Laminate is supp**** with a 1/2 UNF thread protector/Silencer and two 10-shot magazines”. I sent an e-mail and phoned regarding my concern and requested the silencer to be made available to me. There has been no response to my e-mail and the resulting discussion on the phone was that I had purchased it on the strength of a photo not on the website specifications. Who in their right mind would do that? I am very disappointed in receiving no response and hope that this review highlights why they received a one star rating and makes others aware of potential shortfalls in their service. You mentioned in our conversation that previous buyers of this same PCP rifle purchased from your company and received it without the silencer were happy with their purchase so therefore dismissed it. Unfortunately, I cannot disregard this as the area in which I shoot requires a silencer/suppressor.

faulty guns
bought a 1911 kuzey from them at the end of december took it out when i went on vacation mid december, this gun was faulty was the slide not going back after firing ive tried several types of ammunation, the next day about the 20th of december and after numerous attempts at contacting them on all possible platforms: they simply ignored all communication to this very day, i will never buy from these **** again thats for sure

My advice is be very careful what you buy from them. I have a pcp which I bought from them which broke after far less than a year. I accept that may be my fault, but if you sell a product to clients I expect you to be able and willing to supply clients with parts. Kyle mailed me photo's of parts that weren't the correct ones, and I had to wait probably 2 weeks and a couple more emails before I even got that reply. I have not received any more emails or any attempts from them to try and help me get the parts I need even though from what I hear they are the only importer for the brand. Since the company does not seem to want to help me I feel I have no choice but to leave a bad review.

I have purchased more than 8 PCP Guns , Scopes , Gun Bags , Spares & Accessories from Peter & his Staff . The one PCP had a Small defect with one of the *****s holding the Stock to the Main body . Sam exchanged this without hesitation to my Satisfaction. I can Highly Recommend these Guys for thier Outstanding Service , Honesty & Friendliness. Thanks Guys !!

Just want to say thank you to Kyle and his team. Amazing service and aftersales service. Even when I ordered ammo close to the weekend they made it happen got my delivery Friday before the big hunt :) with the boys.
