The vendor advertised the wrong item and then after making a duplicate payment (Auto EFT system error) and it took them 3 days to return 1 transaction and they did not even query with the online payment merchant about the 2nd payment. totally unacceptable and unprofessional conduct.

I attempted to purchase a laptop and requested immediate delivery and paid for such. Upon going to collect the device, the final invoice showed a warranty period of 1 yr. As opposed to the 3 yr warranty period that was displayed on the website and on the proforma quote that was sent to me. Upon seeing this i enquired as to the discrepancy, to which the sales rep Anthony, didnt offer any apology or admission of an error on the part of PC international for false advertising or quotation, he simply said oh it was incorrect and he can quote me for the extra 2 yr warranty or offer full refund. The manager further did not take any responsibility for the false advertising and rather deflected with statements such as takealot and amazon also have errors on their website, and that they copy information from other sites directly, as though they do not have an obligation to chrck the information they are publishing. I asked for a refund with immediate payment as i had done an immediate payment, to which the rep agreed. Then after waiting for proof of payment for an hour, they say that they understood that an immediate payment meant it must be done today and not on a friday which is their usual refund day (I suppose it is telling that they have a day allocated to refunds), as though I was not explicitly clear that I requested an immediate payment im the banking sense of the word. Things did get heated and we apologized for words that had been said. But all in all I think that they were incredibly unprofessional, and shirked any responsibility for the deceit.

Over the weekend my HP printer ran out of ink. I had urgent documents to print on the Monday. After checking online prices through several merchants, I happened upon PC International on Bram Fischer Drive, Randburg. I spoke to a 'salesman', who confirmed the cartridges were in stock. When i arrived at the premises, the salesman collected the package before i even mentioned my name! The prices were exceptional, cheaper than other retailers, the service was outstanding and I was delighted with the overall experience. A 100% recommendation for PC International. The company sells many different IT-related products - well worth a visit.

Fantastic service from both the sales team, Jason, as well as the technicians, Adrian and co, along with the technicians' manager, Mathew. I felt like I was treated with respect and my components with care. I am very happy that I have found a place near me that UNDERSTANDS computers and their components. To deal with computer issues has been frustrating prior to finding this establishment on Brahm Fischer. Please understand that these are people working with customers' expensive equipment. This can add to the stress of dealing with our equipment, akin to dropping off your own child to a day care (haha). Things can always go wrong and compassion should be showed, however; to receive compassion as a CUSTOMER as well in this high-stakes repairing business was a welcome surprise and something not common in other PC warehouses I have visited.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from PC International, particularly regarding a faulty RAM issue and the ongoing delay in my refund. I purchased a custom-built computer from your store in November last year, providing my specific requirements. The system was built and delivered as agreed, and I was initially satisfied with the product and service. However, in April, one of the 32GB RAM modules failed. I returned my computer to your store, and it was confirmed that the machine only worked with one RAM stick installed. I was assisted by JJ, who informed me that the faulty RAM would be sent back to the supplier, and I was required to buy two temporary RAM modules while waiting for the replacement. I was told this would take two weeks. Unfortunately, I received no updates during this time and had to follow up myself daily to get any information. After three weeks, I was finally contacted and informed that the new RAM was ready—but I had to pay an additional R1200 to upgrade. I paid the requested amount with the understanding that the difference from the temporary RAM would be refunded promptly. It has now been over 10 days, and I am still waiting for my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups and emails, I continue to receive vague responses with no clear resolution. This is unacceptable, especially considering that I spent over R75,000 on this system. I am requesting that my refund be processed immediately and that I receive written confirmation of this within 3 working days. Should this issue remain unresolved, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly through reviews and social media platforms. I trusted PC International with a major investment, and I expect better service and accountability in return

Not only do they sell computer stuff, they also fix computers. I took in my old CPU which was getting slower and slower. Adrian replaced the hard drive (and some other stuff), he then cloned my old hard drive and handed back my computer, now working perfectly. I can somehow now also upgrade to Windows 11 (which my computer couldn't do before for some or other reason). All for a reasonable cost. Thank you! Everyone else was telling me that I had to spend a fortune getting a laptop or an entire new PC. I am especially grateful because everything on my computer looks like it did previously and I don't have the hassle of resetting everything. PC International Randburg showed patience and integrity. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
