PayShap is hell

I recently had a frustrating experience with PayShap that I feel compelled to share. When attempting to send a payment to a driver, the system did not allow me to select a different account despite the fact that the driver’s number was already linked to an existing FNB account. This lack of flexibility in the payment process led to the funds not reaching the intended recipient. As a result, I had to re-pay the driver, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

Overall, PayShap’s negligence in verifying account details and providing alternative options not only inconvenienced me but also put my funds at risk. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail and customer care.
