Money dissapeared

Money has disaapeared! I paid Prepaid24 via Payshap and approved the payment on my FNB App. Prepaid24 insists they never received the funds, FNB inisists they paid the funds! No one can confirm the account number into which they money was paid and no one can assist me as to where my money has disappeared to! PayShap has no contact details and provides no assistance or support
