Putco operations manager so rude

I called in at putco was transferred to a lady at putco dobsonville, I forgot the ladies name but she sad she's the operations manager she was so rude and even hanged up on my ear, I was frustrated because my tac never loaded and I needed help. Can management please take action cause this a is unacceptable.
