24 Nov 2022, 10:39Good day Ms. Van Der Walt. I would just like to address your review. Regarding your statement about the veterinarians not even taking a temperature on Yumi, because she was so hyperactive it would have made it very difficult and potentially hurt her if she was jumping around. She was also very nervous around the vets. Now to your second claim, our deposits are standard and is used as a balance brought forward and more often than most covers all diagnostic tests, furthermore, claiming it would have been an additional 4 grand for the test is not accurate at all. Your last claim about our practice cats, these cats were all strays and brought to us on the verge of death. We cared for them and made sure they were at a 100%, despite the fact that we did try to get them adopted by good people, they were not, and we are not in the business of send animals to the SPCA when we are able to care, feed and provide a good life for them right here. This is their home and a part of our family. If this was a problem, you could have asked that they be removed from the area in which you were for the time you were here. We clean and meticulously sanitize each and every area several times a day. We are not in the business of sending animals in need away either, when we are able to, we help as much as we could, but no such discussions were brought to our attention to either reception or veterinarians.
Best regards,
