Pargo Stay away....worst customer service ever

Dont use them. I sent two parcels from Clicks Douglasdale on 24 April both headed for the same pick up point. The one parcel arrived but the other one hasnt. I have been chasing for weeks to find out what is going on as on the tracking it says it is still with the courier. The keep telling me its been escalated but they never get back to me and when I log a ticket on support, the keep closing the ticket saying its been resolved. It hasnt been resolved and they are making no effort to find the parcel and when I say I want compensation for the parcel they blame the courier. First time I have used them and it is the last. There is no customer service. They really dont care that your parcel has been lost
