Horrible service from Manager!

Really bad service from the manager of Papa Pronto!

I placed an order with them online and called to check if they have received my order of which a “manager” confirmed which then I asked how long will it take and he said 30 - 45 minutes!!! 10 minutes later I am called by this manager who is shouting at me to say they cannot deliver this order as it is out of their delivery radius. My question to him was then why didn’t he confirm that with me when I called to check if they got the order!!! He didn’t even apologize for this inconvenience or even shouting at a customer over the line! Instead he shifted blamed and even said “I can do whatever I wanna do”!!! Such ********** service I have never received given how many times I have visited that restaurant!!!
