Pandora Online a HUGE Problem to deal with. Rather stay away!

Pandora online has been a nightmare to deal with. Considering their over priced products, I decided to make 3 purchases of a total of around 8 Items for my daughters birthdays. The first order was cancelled - until today No refund. When I contacted Pandora via email, they said it was a system error but with no apology just assumed I still wanted the items 3 weeks later. I refused to accept the order and until today no reply, no way forward. Totally disrespectful.

Second order the 1 item was too small, I went to the East Rand Mall branch, Sandton and Woodmead branch and nobody could help me as it was an online order and they unable to. What stupid systems don't you have.

Under no circumstances will I ever do business with Pandora again, and please to everyone out there I don't recommend you do either. You will be sitting with expensive items you cant use and money that is not refunded to you for weeks going on months on end.
