Your pet deserves better

I will NEVER go back. They misdiagnosed my poor animal 3 times and caused undue suffering. after 4 days and a 7500 rand bill the vet advised that they didn't know what to do and referred me to another vet.

The dog was diagnosed immediately at the next vet and treated. I asked for my funds back and was told. and I quote. we are not a specialist vet. They also admitted that some of their diagnosis is "rudimentary"

This in unacceptable
