CONTRACT UPDATE DISPUTE
Empowered outsource solutions phoned me on behave of MTN, to perform an upgrade on my contract. We agreed on 2 phones which was a combo but they delivered 1 phone. I called MTN and they said they can't help me they will send them an email which they did on 27th January, on 31st they called me and I explained my query they said they will listen to the recording on our conversation with the consultant which will take them up to 48 hours then they will call me back. That didn't happen I called MTN again because their number is not going through. MTN tried putting me true to them but their number 073 608 5030 is always on voicemail and the land line is also not working. Now am stuck with one phone and that I can't use. Am so angry and disappointed because even MTN can't help me. I don't understand why they are using a call centre that has poor service and it also puts their name on the spot because I have contract with them they should be able to help because they are the one's that take my money.

Don’t use outsource for MTN contracts - you will be scammed
I received a call from an agent Nabeela to upgrade my 50 gig anytime data which I pay R300 and Nabeela tells me I would get 100 gigs anytime datA for R199 . I asked her multiple times and she assured me that I would get 100 gigs which I found too good to be true . I did however proceed to upgrade and instead of the 100 gigs promised , I got 20 gigs anytime anytime datA and 40 gigs you tube data . Please do not use these guys , they are fraudulent. I will be consulting my legal time to take this matter further .

Don’t use outsource for MTN contracts - you will be scammed

Pathetic customer service
Absolutely dissapointed with the service of empowered outsource as my boyfriend has taken a contract over phone with empowered outsource solution on behalf of MTN, when he received his laptop it was the incorrect laptop as he was promised a i5 laptop and received an i3 laptop as well as the incorrect contract as promised, he asked for a 24 month contract and received a 36 month contract, with this dissatisfaction he called the call center to rectify this but was either disconnected or put on hold for hours, he tried for days, eventually he took his laptop after 5 days and went to pavilion MTN to cancel the contract or rectify the situation by asking for the correct product and contract. The consultant at MTN took the laptop and told him to call the call center they cannot assist him at the store but took the laptop. He called the call center and canceled the contract they told him it is canceled... Up until today he is still getting charged for this bill.. He went again to mtn on a weekend to sort this out and they say they cannot assist him as the call center isn't opened on a weekend, he was unable to go on a weekday as he works and does not have leave available... When he was given off at work due to the festive season he went to mtn in pavilion at his own cost every time only to find out the pavilion mtn store is closed... This is absolutely unacceptable as how can mtn not assist you at the store yet they can bill us.

PLEASE GET A MANAGER TO CALL ME URGENTLY REGARDING A SALES AGENT (BRIGHT) THAT DECEIVED ME
Good day, To the Manager. Please give me a call urgently regarding consultant (Bright) who has deceived me into processing a package that was not agreed on. ID – 8806295211082 CELL – 0735897868 I look forward to an urgently call as there is no other way to contact the company. This is probably why the sales agents deceive customers cause they know there is no way for us to get back to them telephonically. I have been trying for two days with MTN to get the consultant to call me back and to get some kind of contact info. Bright – I am sure you have received the emails from MTN asking you to get back to me, why have you not? Do you feel good that you have deceived me? I am done with MTN and its trade partners, now I see that MTN or its trade partners are not capable of taking care of its customers. Which is why I need this contract cancelled and I am going to use another service provider. Please cancel this contract by the end of business today. I am moving over to Vodacom, they know how to treat their customers.

Outsource Solutions - great company to deal with
I cannot thank Outsource Solutions enough for sorting out our problems with Pastel Rollover at year end that Pastel were unable to assist with. Pastel gave us completely the wrong advice and told us we had to reload all our data, 4500 stock items?!?!?. Spoke to Outsource in the afternoon they took a backup and early this morning had us back on line. Thank you Vanessa at Outsource. You are unbelievable
