Water purifying System using a lot more filters than advertised
Purifying System not working as advertised and explained over the phone . I bought two 3 Stage 20Inch Big Blue Filtration Unit with 55watt UV Sterilizer I spend about R9500 to purchase these animations R9000 for installation The water stayed brownish and I contacted Johan after 3 weeks After checking the filters were covered in mud Yes the system is working but I am in Oudtshoorn and spent this money based on filters to last 6 months at least per advert on Facebook Not bargaining on changing 6 filters every 3 weeks I still cannot use this brown water to even wash clothing .I only use about 1500 liters per day I cannot spend R1100 every 3 weeks for filters Johan told me if I post anything negative about his products his lawyers will contact me on Monday

Johan is very helpful and their service is excellent
Johan is very helpful and their service is excellent. I made an online order and wanted to change the order a day after. Johan advised that the order is already packed and ready to be sent off, but he manually amended my order, sent an invoice for the difference and still sent out the order on the same day. Their prices are also fantastic. Highly recommended.

Johan is very helpful and their service is excellent. I made an online order and wanted to change the order a day after. Well done Osmotech
I have ordered a set of 6 10" RO filters online from Osmotech. I first enquire about a certain filter I also need and which was not part of the set I was interested in. The response time was within twenty minutes - which is far beyond expectations these days. I ordered my filters and everything went like a dream. BUT, when my filters arrive three days later one of them was totally wrecked (but not due to Osmotech's fault) I took photos and a video and contacted mr Henning and explained the situation. He was very apologizing about the matter and sent me a replacement filter the same day via express courier. I can really recommend Osmotech whole heartedly. Their service and the way they deal with their clients is absolutely commendable. The prices of the respective products are also very favorable in comparison to other suppliers.
