I bought a car from Ormars auto city in meyerton a bmw convertible,In less than 3 month of having the vehicle I had to have the Engine Averhaul,Start stopped working, RoofTop stopped working,Front Lights are not working anymore,When I phoned the lady who was my sales person, she told me there was nothing she could do for me as I had the car for more than 3 months which was not true. I have spent more time fixing than driving on this vehicle and I still have to pay the Installment every month and its only been 3 months.

good day

I bought a car cash Friday 2016/02/11 from the above dealer for 68k while the car it was advertised for 65k, I contacted the dealer after I realised a lot of problems with the car that were not disclosed to me at the time of sale, the car did not have the airbag, the hooter, the car was liking, water and oil, the underneath cover of the car is coming out, nor license disc the disc has expired, no mobilizer, batteries for the car keys, no spare keys nor sports light cover and all. the seller is now ignoring my emails, the car was advertised as a 2006 model, but on the tax invoice it says 2005, when I ask about the price difference I am told its a mistake the car was supposed to be 85k while the ad is life and running on their website, I do not have a contract whatsoever, now when I tell them to cancel the deal the want me to pay 5000 cancellation fee, but they do not want to address my concerns
