Omninela does NOT reply NOR deliver

I placed an order #712078, with Omninela on 16 Feb 2026 , which I HAVE NOT RECEIVED to this day!!

I have received zero updates, no email, no calls, no correspondence whatsoever. They have absolutely no courtesy nor business ethic whatsoever! When I will receive my order ???

I, like many other waiting customers deserve a response, a refund , or my order which was paid for.
