I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was initially told that my car would be repaired and ready within 7 days, but the car took almost 4 weeks with them and I now had to beg them as I needed the car.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already paid the deposit well in advance and specifically asked them to source all the necessary parts before I brought the car in, to avoid unnecessary delays since I rely on my vehicle. Despite this, the process has dragged on far beyond the agreed timeline.
Communication has been very poor throughout. The only time I received proper updates was when they needed approval to carry out additional work and increase the quote. Other than that, there has been little to no proactive communication about the progress of my car.
To make matters worse, I even reached out to the manager on WhatsApp, and my message was simply read and ignored. There was no response, no accountability, and not even an apology for the delay.
This entire experience has been highly inconvenient and stressful, forcing me to constantly follow up just to get basic information. I expected professionalism, transparency, and respect for my time, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. They urgently need to improve their communication, accountability, and ability to stick to agreed timelines.
