OLX staff is so rude and apparently the internet platforms belongs to them???!!!!

They are terrible. I placed a add and by mistake my 3 picture of my car I uploaded the most beautiful sunset. This "lady" can't call a rude thing like her a lady send a *30 minute to read* email about how wrong I acted and will be banned permanently, AND they actually allowed this conduct , do they own the universal internet platforms?
