Poor food quality and service

Excited when Olives & Plates opened at The Verge. First visit food was good, but not exceptional. Second visit, totally awful old hard fish served. The plate was taken away and the both kitchen and serving staff agreed. They said they would remove all the hake. After an apology, a nonchalant offer was made to replace the meal, but I declined and decided to rather take a coffee. Both the price of the grilled hake, and coffee was included in the bill. I for one, will never visit this particular O&P again, nor can I recommend it.
