Best App and devices you will ever purchase if you're looking to take your current Alarm system to the 21st century. Guys that complain about the app are just lazy to fix it themselves.

My Olarm App updated to the newest version and I do not receive any notifications. I called the Support line and was told to uninstall and install, I did and it is still not receiving notifications. I have three systems at different properties, I do not receive notification for arming, disarming or when any system is triggered, I am connected to a security company on one of the sites but not the others for which I have to rely outsiders or neighbours to inform me of an alarm activation. I have uninstalled and re-installed four times now , still no notifications. Add photos and videos

Connection issues with a service that is paid for on an annual basis seems like an ongoing issue if one reads the reviews on the app store. This is very frustrated mg as this has a direct impact on our security at home.

An olarm device was installed a month ago to my alarm system. I have since been battling to get it connected to my wifi, which is the point of the installation. It meant a very frustrating month between my internet provider and olarm. I even had my router's IP address changed with no success. This afternoon I was determined to figure this out myself. What I discovered was shocking! This app cannot handle any uppercases in the password. Not even a capital letter!!! Shouldn't this be standard to inform the client of that? I should be paid for figuring this out and bringing it to their attention!

I have installed system to secure my house and my family. Several errors occur with no signal and alarm can not be activated. Emails was sent to enquire but no solution can be given. Further action also taken to consumer board. Not a safe system
