Bad service

I have sent an email detailing the horror I went through at this store, the email address I used is *** this email was sent on May 1rst. To this day I have not received an email back. If needs be, I will share both emails I've sent to this store and how I chose to buy at a the furthest store from my home...the sad part is,this store operates in my community yet I can no longer visit it out of convenience ,I guess employees act the manner they do because they have management that cannot or fail to account to their customers. It's sad that for me to be listened to,I'd have to share the contents of my email to social media. I guess that's the only way businesses listen to these days,so sad.
