Unhappy

I bought 2 items on May 27th but until June 12th I never received them. I'm not happy because they were not even calling, emailing or sending sms to explain the delay, I had to call them. Which I did 3 times. They said they refunded me and with my bank, either it's weekend or public holiday it always reflects after 48h, but today is day 6
