No service at all

I placed an order for essential books critical to my studies. With exams approaching, I have been awaiting either delivery or any form of communication regarding the status of my order. To date, there has been no response or indication of customer service engagement, which is deeply disappointing. I hope the company recognizes the significant inconvenience this has caused. I am compelled to share my experience as a caution to others regarding their claims of customer-centric service and i need a refund, as i no longer want your book
