I sent an E-Mail to Ocean Basket on 02 April regarding a dissatisfactory experience at Ocean Basket Kyalami Corner on Saturday, 28 March 2026 (on my birthday)
I received a response from Tatenda Dune (Customer Service) on 02 April informing me that I will receive a response from their Guest Experience Team.
I sent a follow up E-Mail on 07 April, and to date, I have still not received a response
The lack of response is extremely concerning and adds to the disappointment of the original experience.
As a loyal customer who has celebrated birthdays at Ocean Basket for many years, I expect not only quality service and food but also timely and respectful communication when issues are raised.
I kindly request a definitive update on the outcome of your investigation and what corrective steps will be taken.
Continued silence risks losing the trust and loyalty of customers who have supported Ocean Basket for years.
