I appreciate the safety of the 38 Lower Rochester Road , Observatory, accomodation. I appreciate the excellent working relations I had with Siphendulwe Mwezo while my son occupied one of the Units for almost three years. She is a very dedicated employee, who knows how to work with tenants, she always goes the extra mile. Thank you Siphendulwe I appreciate the excellent service. Keep it up.

Faid and Cape Town branch.
Extremely rude and ****** to black people. They called me a demon and all sorts of racial slurs because I refused to continue my lease after staying at their student residence for only a few weeks and had multiple issues, multiple. Faid is extremely nonchalant and definitely enables his employees to act ******. I do not recommend them.

Would highly recommend this company. Johan really knows what he is doing and goes the extra mile for people. He has extended knowledge of property. I will continue using his services. Well-done 👍

BAD ATTITUDE AND DEMEANOR
The owner/older woman I dealt with was down right nasty and unprofessional with a holier-than-thou attitude. I asked her to see their standard lease agreement before putting in an application, as if I knew, but she refused. She made me wait for a week to apply as well, saying she was going on holiday-I’m assuming she was holding out for a better prospect- even after I told her I had to reply about a property that was ready to sign a lease. The lease agreement, it turned out, was worded to allow her to charge you for anything and everything during, and upon expiration, of the lease. It is not open to discussion. The property I had lined up was rented in the mean time and my youngsters, husband and I were left in the lurch last minute but she couldn’t have cared less.

Poor management and service
The founder of OBS REALTY who happens to also work/manage GYMPIE ENTERPRISES PTY LTD is refusing to pay me back my deposit. After months of poor service and management of GYMPIE VILLAGE in Woodstock, Cape Town characterised by his unwillingness to address issues raised by tenants the nightmare which is RONALD TAIT has followed me even after I have moved out. After numerous attempts to seek clarity about my deposit I was rather met with an attitude, threats and unprofessional behaviour from this man and his staff. If you’re looking to rent in Cape Town please make sure not to do any business with this man or his businesses.
