Worst agency I have dealt with in my life
They are totally not professional. I haven’t received my full rental income that is due to me. I have called and emailed and there is no answer. If I need something done, you have to run after them. They have agents who are unprofessional and rude. When you need something done, you need to call them and email constantly and it’s a miracle if you receive a response , whilst they are charging you monthly for fees but doing absolutely nothing. If you value your money and time you will stay away from this agency.

Worst business experience
The worst in customer service. I've had tenants in my property who were sourced by NYDES 's agent. The tenants breached the contract and left without notice, wrecked my house, left with a set of keys. I've been trying to get to the manager or any person who deals with complaints, but to this day, no one has been able to attend to my complaint. It's a new month and I'm expecting new tenants to occupy the house, but cannot do that with the state of the property.
