Customer Complaint :Nova 4K Ultra Hd Media streamer( Playback Failed ) Request for a replacement or refund .
I'm writing to report an issue with my TV box, which I purchased from Hi-Fi Corporation. Unfortunately, the device is faulty, displaying a "Playback failed" error message constantly on all the apps. I've tried troubleshooting and restarting the device, but the problem persists.

- Product: Nova 4K Ultra Hd Media streamer - Purchased from: Hi-Fi Corporation Mams mall - Date of purchase: 08 August 2025 - Error message: "Playback failed" - Troubleshooting steps taken: restarted, checked connections as it is connected via Lan cable, checked possible solutions on u tube, updated software - SN : NOVA10231019110
I kindly request that you assist me in resolving this issue. I'd appreciate it if you could provide a replacement or refund for the faulty device. - Proof of purchase-bank statement if needed lost slip - have not yet communicated with the store Have already completed an after sales form on Friday 03 /10/2025
