Awful service! and we never received a refund nor any apologies
My husband returned the safety boots he purchased at Noahs Market, after 2days they broke, the entire sole came off. Noahs market took back the shoes and said they will phone him with replacements, it's 1year later and we still haven't heard anything. We've been there countless times and they always say they will follow up. But Still NOTHING! Terrible, we never even got a refund.

Best Hardware store in Gauteng!
I visited Noag's market to check it out, and walked away with a great purchase!. The salesman was so friendly and helpful (Arnold?)- and I think they stock everything thinkable with competitive prices- it was simply a pleasure. Will visit again.

Best Hardware store in Gauteng!
I visited Noag's market to check it out, and walked away with a great purchase!. The salesman was so friendly and helpful (Arnold?)- and I think they stock everything thinkable with competitive prices- it was simply a pleasure. Will visit again.

Bad attitude and incorrect prices
If you are in the mood to be ripped-off, insulted and humiliated, you might enjoy your shopping experience here. We bought from the plumbing section at Noags Market, and the floor staff were great, but two men at the checkout counter were extremely rude. We bought a lot of items, but one went through the checkout and was priced considerably higher than it's price on the shelf. We checked the bar-codes, item description and everything was fine, but it was about R30 more expensive. We asked them to please allow us to buy the item at the advertised price, but they instead insulted us by saying they would give us a 'discounted price' which was still more than the actual selling price. Then when we persisted, they pretended to phone the manager and kept us standing there while they faked a phone call. That is when we just left the item and went to a separate checkout to pay for the rest. What a pity that these staff members should behave in such an unprofessional manner, refusing to assist customers and make sales, in this economy that can't be good for business, can it?

Bad customer service / lack of service
Went into the store hoping to get a quote on paving bricks , the white boys behind the counter did not even acknowledge our presence till we left the shop . They kept on talking on the phone . Didn't seem interested in helping us .
