Poor Service

I got a car accident on Friday with a State vehicle and my side mirror is damaged i can't see properly on my write hand side, I sent everything on car finance but they are blue ticking me asking them way forward and insurance details. People from Police station called me this morning asking me what is my insurance saying, I told them am still waiting I will get back to them. I have a big problem with them because of ignorance. Am really not happy with this.
