Worse internet

Extremely unhappy. Been logging ticket numbers but no technicians come to assist with the issues. My internet has been dropping for a few months I've been calling emailing and WhatsApping with no help.. They reboot on their side and say it's sorted and hour later it's down again.. When you try to contact them then you don't get through or they wait for a Friday and say the technicians can't come over the weekend. I spoke to Johan last week he said if the internet drops again he will get a technician to come see what's wrong it's a whole week later still nothing he doesn't even reply to the emails anymore... Tickets 7*** for now that I can remember...
