Network interruption

I reported a fault with my Xtend service on Wednesday last week and I have still not received any response or resolution.

It is very disappointing to pay for a service that is not working and then be ignored when support is requested. I expected at least communication or an update by now, but there has been nothing.

Please urgently attend to this matter and restore the service as soon as possible.
