No Communication whatsoever
This is my second review ever, and I had to. Company has no communication channels at all. Their phone is never answered, their form on their website doesn't work. When I eventually got through to Rebecca, who was a lot of help, she went on leave and it's back to crickets with this company. Full week and I've never gotten any update from them without having to go to all corners of earth to get a response. My problem is not delays or technical issues, those will always happen with all providers, the issue with this company is that they never get in touch for updates when these happen, when you as the customer take initiative and get in touch, they don't reply. If you have an alternative, please go with that alternative. You won't be happy here. I miss Openserve.

WORST FIBRE PROVIDER IN SA
Worst internet services ever experienced, lines always down, or slow, no communication received about interruptions, slow to address issues. Wish we could move to ANYONE ELSE who is actually effective and efficient, unfortunately they are the only line provided. If you move anywhere and hear the words NETSTREAM, consider moving somewhere else unless you want to deal with this horrible company.

Failing to maintain the internet connection while maintaining an unhappy customer
Maintenance scheduled for the day with the promise of resolving the query once reported. This was done and still sitting without internet. If you plan maintenance make sure you have technicinas ready to resolve the issues or make sure you do a proper job the first time with the said maintenance of the fibre.

Very poor installation team - bad operations and staff are not trained to deal with customers!
Really badly managed installation team. I wait at least 30min to an hour before my call is answered. The schedulers are never available and you are not allowed to communicate directly with them. They made a commitment to install and never showed up. I I spoke to a consultant named David who had a full on argument with me and told me I’m trying to rush the job and other customers wait longer than a month for installation. He further went on to say that I need to understand that they have internal issues and I should just wait for a call - which never happens!

Netstream extremely expensive!
Netstream is ripping us off for our fibre via ISP. When writing emails to try and get reply, the owner Frans and his daughter Ulandi do not even reply to emails. There prices are not even compatible and us, the retired peopleof the Village has to suffer. Rebecca and her team is fantastic but the owners are pathetic in communicating.....

worst Fibre service ever- STAY AWAY
we using netstream and vox worst Fibre ever..it's been 2 days no internet. vox blames netstream u guys haven't even come out to sort out the ****. yet I promise u will charge me a call outfee for your **** not working and is faulty.

I know people tend to not care about reading reports, but if you are here to read my rating for Netstream, know that these guys will require from you to sell your liver in order to pay their overcharging services. NOWHERE EVER HAVE I EVER SEEN SOMEONE CHARGE R599 FOR A 4/4MB/S LINE
