We are being harassed with calls but are not able to have a conversation with anyone. Their lines are really bad and it is almost impossible to speak. All we want is for the account that they say we are in arrears with to be emailed to us. Not an email with an amount, purely an account that states what this is owed for. We had Vodacom contracts transferred from our personal names to our business name. These accounts are not in arrears and have never been. There seems to have been a problem with the transfer, but they are not willing to engage with us on this. All they want is a payment of about R19 000.

Dear Peter , Please can you assist me , i have this debitors constantly calling my office line , i have told the consultants to call me on my cell , however they contact me throughout the day and i have to explain the same story to all different consultants, i have made them aware that once i obtain proof of payment i will email them, this was a standard bank loan which was paid 3years ago at the branch in westgate. in our offices we have a centeral line anyone picks up the calls then you have to wait while you are being re-routed and i understand its automated calls but they need to see to it that they contact me on my mobile and NOT ON MY LANDLINE as i have mentioned over and over.

i called in after the bank informing me when applying to buy a new car that i had been handed over to NBD when calling i asked why no one informed me that i had an out standing amount due.<br> they then informed me that if i paid now at a pick'n pay that my name would be cleared immediately once i made payment i called again and was then informed that it would be done the next day. when i called the next day they told me only the next day which i then informed them that it is a public holiday therefore it would only be corrected on the monday. <br> i paid for something that i never took out to start off with as i wanted to just clear my name.<br> and yet they still dont want to clear my name.<br>
