over 2 months Child school fees not paid and she's about to be thrown out of school and I guess NBC does not care

Trust for my daughter has moved from Fairheads to this and it is the worst custumer service ever if I could I would move it back to Fairheads. I have submitted my enquiry since Jan for them to pay school fees for my daughter and that has not happened a month later. Now finance team are calling me telling me they will have remove my daughter from school. I have submitted everything they need, they asked the school for the letter that confirms the banking details and the school has provided and till today nothing has been done.

the trust agents i've communicated have moved me from one to the next and now i'm dealing with the forth agent and she is not replying to my emails any more. see her last communication below.

the call centre I was holding for over an hour oh the number for the agents are always busy it does not even go through. I this really depressing honestly and it seems like no one cares and reading through the review it seems like i'm not the only one.

i am really desparate and dont know how to escalate this unfortunately
