Unprofessional Customer Service False information

I was contacted by Emilia From NBCEI regarding my Late fathers Unclaimed Benefit. ahe handed me a pack of papers and stated to complete documents and obtain numerous Identity docs and Information regarding my late fathers Personal Information.

I started gathering information as requested to start and speed up the process. Every month of 2025 I ailed and whatsapp her regarding the process and where we at? Calls were ignored , blue tick whatsapps no email response nothing. this nothing I called the Head office to complain and guess who answered the phone? Emilia who hasn't rep**** to anything ive sent her.

she didn't recognize me or acknowledge who I was , she stated there are thousands of claims even on backlog, could she please call me back. I provided my cell number too see what happens. I just received a email stating they don't deal with Eskom payouts and there is now record on file.

this is very unprofessional and Lazy customer service which I'm livid and extremely upset. this is a R28000 payout.

Could you please assist me with this matter . Urgently.
