Unpaid Rental Deposit and Unprofessional Conduct

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the manner in which this matter has been handled by Naked Property. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with Letago Ndlovu and Gift Mabena have continuously avoided phone calls and text messages. To date, the rental deposit, which has been outstanding since February 2026, has still not been refunded, and no clear way forward or resolution has been provided. This level of conduct is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, I was threatened with legal action by Letago Ndlovu simply for raising concerns regarding the treatment received. I was also pressured into deleting a negative review posted on HelloPeter and replacing it with a positive one in order to assist in receiving the funds that are rightfully due to me. I trust that this matter will be treated with the seriousness it deserves and that urgent steps will be taken to resolve it promptly.
