I've been waiting 4 months for a refund after immediately cancelling an order. I've sent my banking details twice when asked. After several email follow-ups they don't bother to reply. Using their Whatsapp number, the employee was was trying to be helpful by following up with their "Head Office", but still nothing. This is theft. They need to give me back my money. This company thinks that if they just ignore a problem it will go away. Pathetic.

I am highly disappointed in the lack of diligence, shoddy service, and inaccurate information provided to me. I pride myself on supporting small businesses especially local ones, as this shop is in Wynberg, Cape Town, as most of these items could have been purchased from other global sites with less of a headache, more assurances, and better customer service. Reaching out (prior to purchase), my good intentions were met with false statements in order to have me purchase more. Upon attempting to return a few items—two out of four of which were incorrectly shipped (catsuit in the wrong colour and bodysuit in the wrong gender)—I was told a return was not possible and no attempt to rectify the mistake has been made. Numerous emails, what's app messages, and phone calls were unacknowledged and unrequited despite screenshots and various other evidence to the contrary. The rebuttal will be that the company only does exchanges, which was never told when I explicitly asked about the return (not exchange policy). The customer service agent blatantly **** about the return policy; instructing me that as long as I document my intentions within 24 hours of receiving the package, I would be eligible for a refund. (At this juncture, it should be duly noted that I'm only attempting a refund for the incorrect items that were shipped). It's disheartening and quite frankly shameful that the representative has taken no accountability and continues to deny his/her/their mistake despite empirical evidence and refused to escalate the matter to the owner. When people, wonder why local, small businesses in this country don't thrive, it is not due to the lack of support, it's due to playing fast-and-loose with business ethics. Terrible experience. I ordered a product that was advertised as having 9 modes, and it arrived looking different from the picture on the website, and with only one mode. Nightmare getting a proper response, and when I did, they were rude. I asked for a refund and was told that they do not do refunds, but would replace it (this after 15 days of trying to get a response and talk to a manager, who I never manage to get hold of by the way.) At this point I had found another product at an alternative shop, so explained that it was my right under the consumer protector act to a refund in the event of false adverti*****t, to no avail. I have now opened a complaint with the consumer protector and recommend anyone who is having these sorts of issues to do the same. I also suspect that many of the good reviews are bots.

No business registration number. No VAT number but charges VAT. Rude, incompetent, and illiterate staff. Extremely Poor quality products. Horrific service. The worst experience I have ever had when dealing with a *** shop. The company got the parcel quickly out of the door and to the courier services, but from there on out I was riding solo. I contacted them, informing them that my parcel was NOT delivered but I received an email that the parcel was delivered. After several of days of fighting with the whatsapp person who is illiterate and extremely rude as she was unable to understand the question of 'can I get the contact details of the manager or owner'. They eventually sent the courier company an email but that trail went dead after several of days after I did calling and tracking of the parcel, I finally got it. To my disappointment, the product was a bunch of Chinese **** - not European as they claim it to be. I contacted the store again via whatsapp to ask them for their business and VAT number as I saw they charged me VAT but were unable to give me either of those. They are running somewhat of a scam. I HIGHLY recommend @Lady Jane should anyone want a decent and reliable *** shop, I have been dealing with them for years, products are excellent quality as well as the service is speedy and respectful
