On the 26th of July I bought a car and sign with them ,then around 9h00 Absa offered a better offer . I then cancel my contract with MyToyota , I was expecting a letter of cancelation from Tay Manuel .but nothing was sent. Then on the 28th July I emailed her still no luck. On the 30th July I called mytoyota and spoke to Sthembile Mzobe who helped with cancelation. Ms Tay kept on sending emails while I received a confirmation of cancelation . Today mytoyota debited R1284.05 and the debit orders for mytoyota were suspended but it went through. I want my money back, they should reverse it. I paid pro rata covering the day I signed with them until the 14th of the following month as I get my salary on the 15th. I paid the premium on the 15th July which was covering up to the 14th of August midnight according to their letter but at 20h00 the debit was done or ran. Please Mytoyota reverse my money .I can't pay 2 insurance in the same month. She tried to convince me but I refused because the access R9000 and monthly premium was R1400 for Haval Jolion and Absa insurance is R3000 access and monthly premium of R869. I obtained my driver's license in 2007 and have been driving since then to date
