POSSIBLE *****

I am absolutely fed up with My Tech Zone. For the past three years, money has been deducted from my bank account every single month for a service or subscription I never signed up for.

I have emailed your company countless times requesting that these debit orders be cancelled, yet nothing has been done. I never authorised these deductions, and despite reporting this to my bank, even they have struggled to stop your debit order.

At this point, this feels completely ********* and dishonest. How can a company continue taking money from someone for years without proper consent and ignore repeated cancellation requests?

I want all deductions stopped immediately and would also like clarity on exactly what I was supposedly paying for all this time.
