My Subs app not working
Unstable app to say the least, often a download stops halfway through and can’t be restarted. App often closes for no apparent reason. Frustrating to use.

Terrible service
I am very disappointed with the service received from MySubs. Received a one year subscription for Runners world as a gift in March already. Full subscription was paid upfront. At first there was a delay in processing the "application" with many excuses for it not being processed yet. During the month of July we still received nothing and i contacted them, they then claimed that the delivery address was not easily accessible because it's an office block (which still doesn't make sense as we get all other parcels delivered there without problem). This is now 4 months after we subscribed. They did not attempt to contact me during these 4 months to ask that we change address and simply did not deliver anything the the past 4 months. How am i supposed to know that you have an issue with the address if it is not communicated to the client. Eventually they contacted me and i changed the address for their convenience. When after the promised delivery within 3 days did not happen by day 7 i simply had enough of the pathetic service, after insisting on cancelling my subscription with full refund. Then suddenly they come knocking on my door to deliver our first issue, still a no show for the previous issue that they simply did not deliver. The courier had such a bad attitude towards me as if this bad service we have been receiving is all our fault. I don't know whether the problem is with MySubs itself or with the courier, but i really suggest that if it's the courier you make use of another service provider. Either way i will never suggest somebody to take out a subscription with MySubs after the terrible service we are receiving from them.

Terrible service

Poor service
Poor service. Did not receive notification that subscription is close to expiring. The printed copy of huisgenoot gets delivered to an very elderly lady. Phoned numerous times requesting updates on delivery. Was paid online in February. Phoned 18 march requesting why delivery has not taken place. First excuse was finance department did not allocate the payment yet, phoned on 20 March again, second excuse was I.T department issue, load shedding affecting mails. Phoned 25 March, lady will request delivery service to do special delivery, phoned again 27 March, she will follow up and return. Elderly people that cannot go to shops rely on these delivery services heavily. Every single year when the subscription is renewed, there is always a delay, non delivery, or accounts that has not been allocated. My subs division are supplying absolutely horrendous service to the public that spend hard earn money on the online services.

Worse at Customer service, feedback and delivery
Dont ever take a subscription out with them. Their Delivery is completely unreliable and support is utter ****. you can send numerous emails and get no reply. Phone the office and they will tell you they are investigating and you will never hear back from them. They expect you to phone them and remind them of the issue. Did not receive my October and November issues of Mens Health. Emailed them on 24th October. On the 18th November i get delivery for TWO December issues. Complained and i was told that i would be given a credit for the two months. Now i have not received my February and March issues. Sent an email on the 11th Feb and up till today, no reply. Phoned on the the 13th feb and was told that my contract finished with Feb issue. Told them of the credit, lady told me she will investigate and up till today no reply. if my contract finished at the end of Feb, where is my Feb issue. Also, what happend to my two months credit. With the 2 months credit, i should be receiving March and April. I am going round in circles with these guys. he worst at customer Service

My Subs subscription to Women's Health magazine never arrives and having to phone in every month.
If you want to subscribe to you favourite magazine and never see it arrive then use My Subs. Over the past few years I have been subscribed to Cosmopolitan and Women's Health and I had the same issue with both these subscriptions- magazines just never arrive. This leads me to having to phone My Subs and waste my airtime nearly every single month. Occasionally I got lucky and I received the latest issue of Cosmopolitan on time, however it was mostly the same story of me being on the phone with them every month querying about why I have not received the latest issue of my magazine. So if you really want to save yourself the trouble and effort do not subscribe to these your beloved magazines via My Subs, rather just go an buy them monthly at your local shop. The constant hassles of your magazines not arriving and then having to phone them every month is just simply not worth it.

No subscription to Go magazine received despite placing order and making payment on 10 November 2017
12 month gift subscription for my son to Go magazine ordered online and payment made by EFT on 10 November 2017 for R387, as per email order confirmation No ********** from ********** received on 09 November. Guess what? STILL NO SUBSCRIPTION as at 09 March 2018. I emailed My Subs Finance with my original POP on 22 February 2018 stating that no magazines have been received. On 27 February I emailed ********** I have to date only received one reply on 28 February and that was to copy me in on the fact that my email sent on 27 February had been forwarded to My Subs requesting that they make direct contact with me. Still waiting. I phoned again about two days ago and spoke to Laylani who assured me she would phone me back. I'm still waiting for the call and for the subscription to start. By comparison we have had subscriptions including a gift subscription for our son with magsathome and receive excellent service.

Money processed via my account, but no subscriptions at all
On 31 January 2018 I made a purchases for MySubs magazines, but to date I have not received any electronic magazines. MySubs prefer that payment is via PayU, but I received an error message when I paid for the subscriptions. I then subscribed again and paid with my credit card and again received an error message. I have contacted MySubs since than via email and telephonic, but the bug is passed from one person to the other. Eventhough I got an error message, MySubs completed the transaction on PayU as well as my credit card!!! I have thus paid twice for the magazines I want to subscribe to, but have no subscription. If they had a problem on their website, the only method to prescribe to the magazines, why did they then completed the payments via PayU and my credit card. As I do not get any refund or credit on my account, and email and telephonic correspondence give no joy, I hope that they will now react.
