I had a very disappointing experience with a cashier named Hammie while trying to return an item
I had a very disappointing experience with a cashier named Hammie while trying to return an item. Instead of being polite and helpful, she was rude, dismissive, and did not even greet me. Her extremely high attitude made the situation uncomfortable, even though I remained calm and respectful the entire time. Returning an item is normal, and customers should not be treated badly for it. I understand that people have bad days, but that does not justify rude behaviour. I hope the store reminds staff to treat customers with respect because this experience left a very bad impression overall today.
