MV Appliance Repair and Mind Tshabangu is a ****
Please do NOT be tempted to use Mind Tshabangu for your appliance repair!! MV Appliance Repair is a ****. Mind comes to your house and assures he can fix your dishwasher/oven/washing machine but in fact makes it worse after making you pay a deposit for spares. After countless messages asking when he would come to finish the job (as we had paid over R5000 for the spares), we finally got a certified technician. We then discovered Mind had inserted a blocked pipe into our appliance which made our dishwasher issue worse! Please spread the word - DO NOT USE MIND TSHABANGU for your Appliance Repairs

Please do NOT be tempted to use Mind Tshabangu for your appliance repair!! MV Appliance Repair is a ****. Mind comes to your house and assures he can fix your dishwasher/oven/washing machine but in fact makes it worse after making you pay a deposit for spares. Overpriced *****
What a ****mer this guy is. Seems ideal that he will come to your property and do on site repair/inspection. Thing is this guy is SUPER EXPENSIVE , and a damn ****. If you want to get overcharged and totally fleeced them use this guy. Don't even invite him to your home , when he gives you the excessive quote he doesn't lose. When you reject the excessive quote you will be charged a R500 call out fee if you reject the over excessive quote . So he does not lose if you reject his excessive quote as you are then forced to pay a call out fee. Advice from me , do not let this guy anywhere near your appliances or home

Yet another sucker conned by this ************ company.
A warning for any clients intending to use this company. Check the reviews on Hellopeter for MV Appliance Repairs and Appliance Guru. Same Company one man band Mind Tshabangu In March this year he replaced the PC Board on my Bosch washing machine at a cost of R3200 On the 9th May the washer stopped working again and he quoted me to replace the PC Board at the same cost. When i pointed out that he already replaced this in March he first denied this but when I sent him proof he agreed to replace it at half the cost. He replaced the card again and immediately after he left it blew again. He then refused to fix the machine added it was not covered under his advertised "Six (6) Months Guarantee On All Repairs!". Also that he is not a certified technician so he could not return the part to Bosch. I doubt he is certified by any of the brands that he advertises. I have learned my lesson to always check reviews on Hellopeter and to check if the repairer is brand certified. Appliance Guru is not registered on Google so one is not able to post reviews. In addition there is a Review page on their Website with all 5 star?? reviews but no facility to post a review.

*****ulent business - stay away
(Website is applianceguru.co.za) Sold me a spare part for my broken fridge but never solved the problem. Refused to take spare part back and refund despite supposed 6mth warranty on repairs. Follow up calls to reassess the problem were made only after many phone calls and never at the promised day or time, keeping me waiting for days on end. After a month of dealing with Mind Tshabangu i gave up and cut my losses.

Do NOT use this supplier. A one-star rating is misleadingly high! Mind Tshabangu appears, on first contact, to be prompt and efficient. After you have made your full repair payment upfront you discover that he is unreliable, *********** and dishonest. He neither repaired our washing machine nor refunded our payment. I have lodged a Consumer Council complaint.
