Poor Service!!

I placed an order for a mattress, kettle, and iron on 1 May 2026. The website stated delivery would take 7-14 days. Today is 25 May, so we’re past that window and I still haven’t received the items or any update.

There’s been no communication from the shop since I ordered. No confirmation of dispatch, no tracking link, and no response when I tried to follow up. For the price and the wait, I expected at least a basic update.

The products might be fine, but the lack of communication is frustrating. Update your customers or don’t quote delivery windows you can’t meet.
