WORST EXPERIENCE

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received. For over a year, I have been trying to resolve the same issue without any meaningful progress. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused me significant frustration.

The only thing they ever attend to is when a tenant has to make payments. Their account manager is never available when she needs to attend to a tenant's needs.
