Refund
It has now been over two months since I vacated the property, and I have yet to receive the refund owed to me.
I have sent multiple emails regarding this matter but have not received any response to date. This lack of communication is concerning and unacceptable. Guys stay away from thier property you won't get your money back I now have to go he legal route

29 Apr 2026, 23:36They claim that I am liable for damages caused by the recent fire incident at the apartment I was renting at Founders Hill.On the day of the incident, I was not responsible for any actions that could have caused the fire. I strongly believe that the caretaker, who had access to my apartment through a spare key, may have entered the unit without my permission. There are serious concerns that the situation has been misrepresented to suggest that I left a heater on, which is not true.Additionally, I have been informed that a case was opened against me alleging that I left minor children unattended. This allegation is false. A social worker has attempted to contact the individual who made this claim, but they have been unavailable, which raises further concerns about the credibility of the accusation.Following the incident, I was denied access to the property, removed from the premises, and the locks were changed without any proper communication or due process. This treatment was distressing and unprofessional.I would also like to place on record that the property has had recurring issues with electricity and water outages, occurring multiple times each year, which may be relevant to the overall safety and maintenance standards.Given these circumstances, I request:
- A full and transparent investigation into the cause of the fire
- Access to any evidence supporting the claim that I am liable
- Clarification on why I was denied access to the property without due process
- Immediate withdrawal of any false allegations made against me
