Since September 2025, there have been monthly debits processed against my account for a data SIM card subscription that was never fulfilled. However, despite these ongoing payments, I have never received the SIM card. Because the service was never activated or delivered, I formally requested the cancellation of this subscription and a full refund on 26 March 2026. They requested that I send a bank confirmation letter and bank statement reflecting the payments three times, which I did. Now I'm the one constantly following up, and they're just not responding to my emails If it were possible, I would honestly rate them -0 stars.
