Hi I purchased a pay joy phone the oppo A40 I clearly told the Salesman I want a nice camera and fast phone he did tell me it's a very good phone however I got home and the phone is not what I expected I purchased it on the 18th went to the store next day

I asked him many times even asked him other options he said this is a good phone, it's the worst and I need it for work purposes.i don't want a refund all I'm asking is to change the device pay a difference and take what I like to be happy.its something I'm going to pay for so what is the issue even of same value it's fine just another device.they were extremely rude at the store with no help wat so ever all they told me is cancel payjoy but you will not get your deposit back I said i don't want the deposit back I want to change the device I was mislead
