I have been calling this useless company to get my IRP5 sent to me. Sam whoever he is is never available. I'm this close to reporting this company to SARS. Such nonsense. The reason I quit this job in 2022 was because they are professional in the assistance of my maternity leave application, it's nice to see things don't change.

I did my training with MPC back in 2020 shortly before lockdown was announced. Did my full TEFL training and was about to start my "live days" when myself and a bunch of fellow recruits at the time were all blatantly ignored and blocked when asking for updates about our "live days" and future at the company with the looming pandemic. It's been three years and I've been emailing them consistently asking for a proper updated e-copy of my TEFL certificate as well as guidance as to when I can come and collect my physical copy and apply for jobs abroad. Happy to report they are still as useless as back in 2020. They blatantly ignore my Whatsapps, emails, calls etc. and I still don't have a proper e-copy or physical copy from them. I eventually reached out to the company who issued the certificate (TEFL Professional Development Institute) and within half an hour I not only had a proper, LEGIBLE e-copy, but they have a team searching for my records and my physical certificate. God help them if I show up at the Century City branch to collect it, because I've had enough of these people with their poor communication and **** excuses.

Very unsatisfied with MPC Recruitment. Tracy from Nelspruit is very rude and not helpful at all. The first time I sent my CV (I think 5 times total) as I have not received any response. She then sent me a whatsapp about the position and I sent her everything she needed, but without a response again. I followed up a few times, but with no response. The second time I also sent my CV to her for a position. I explained my situation to her from the beginning (that I can only start in a few month's time). She then again was very rude and asked why I don't work from home and rather do my own thing. I will definitely not be using MPC Recruitment again.

Yo 😒. I would not recommend the place to anyone really. Kuningi nje, money wise its never the agreed amount, if you ask they say "we don't have feedback yet". They have spontaneous compulsory training that you need to attend and STILL work your full shift. Also they never respond to your internal emails as staff!!! And quiet frankly they find that "Okay".

MPC should really check on who they hire as assessors. Yesterday I did my demo video with one of the assessors named Lindo, And she criticized everyone in my group on our demo videos. We only get three days of training and this is new to everyone , but she still criticized everything. There were trainees who didn't even use any tools or methods that they asked us to use and Lindo the assessor passed them .I was the only Indian in my group and she failed me .I feel she was racist and it is was not fair .Other assessors were giving they trainees a second chance at the demo they were understanding because they knew we were learning and we not professionals. MPC I FELT I WAS TREATED VERY UNFAIRLY BECAUSE I AM AN INDIAN .As a big company please check on the type of people you hire. I am very disappointed and hurt that i was treated that way because i am an indian and I hope in the future no one feels this way .As for the assessor Lindo you need to start treating all your trainees the same no matter what race we are .Everyone deserves to be treated the same .

MPC Bryanston was good for a while. The Head of recruitment is a brilliant lady. However, after having been unfairly dismissed in 2019 I cannot recommend MPC to anyone. I believe MPC Bryanston has moved and is now in Sunninghill. Talk to the head of recruitment, she will listen. However, anyone beside her, wont listen.

I think this is the worst place to work. They play on your desperation, more so they take more than they give. Firstly there’s a lot of false advertising on your salary. You will never get above R3500 on your pay after slaving the whole month tirelessly. The management is both unsupportive to employees & unresponsive to complaints and requests. A number of people quit monthly as a result - your mental health will be negatively impacted and exhaustion will be your closest friend, aside from anxiety. I would not recommend you go there. I too, read all the negative comments and still thought I would give it a try. Please don’t.

The treatment of the stuff is unprofessional. People are overworked and underpayed. Staff members collapse at work and are asked to still continue teaching. Zero care for their employees. Would not recommend.
