Rude and Unhelpful.

We had MP Solar give us a quote for a full solar installation a few months ago and now that the house project is finished, we decided to go with just an inverter to start with. I re-contacted the original senior consultant, who ignored my email. I then emailed the admin lady who said she would have someone come back to me. I then receive a short and somewhat rude reply from the original sales guy we met at the show, Pieter, saying 'Sorry this would not be possible'. No explanation as to what wouldn't be possible and why! I then rep**** to his email asking what he meant by that and he has ignored me. Says everything really. It seems that if you are no longer a big 'Cash ***' they are just not interested. I thought I would share this with you all to let you know exactly how we were treated, so you can make your mind up from there.
