Bad service -Movepack
Movepack your service is really bad as I used you guys in the 2/10/2025 and the glass on my TV got shattered into pieces as it was not bubbled wrapped I logged an email and several messages on your WhatsApp line despite speaking to Sean who was very unprofessional when I spoke to him I have not heard from you.Nobody got back to me even to acknowledge that the complaint is being investigated.I have sent supporting evidence from inside clearly showing that there was nothing wrong with it when remove from my unit also sent a video and pictures.The service is terrible I am living in hope that I will get a response from this!!!!!

Movepack team was a pleasure to work with. The team was so professional and so careful with my furniture. The move was completed in good time and I really enjoyed the experience. I recommend them to all.
