I want to give Thulani Nyakwe a beautiful compliment and just to say thank you so much for the exceptional service. From the time I started car searching in February, I was disappointed three times by bad customer service from different car brands. I called Toyota Strydom Park and landed in the safe hands of Thulani. I told him the car, model type and that it had to be brand new as this has always been a dream for me (to buy brand a new car) and he delivered. Thulani communicated every step of the way, more than once a day updating me with each progress which I really appreciated as I have been ghosted before by others.
